Terms and Conditions
All orders placed on www.padfootpets.com (“the Website”) are subject to these Terms & Conditions (“the Conditions”). Please read them carefully and keep a copy for future reference. By clicking the appropriate tick box and submitting your order for goods (“the Order”) you are stating that you have read and accept these Conditions.
These Conditions do not constitute an offer and no contract is made until Padfoot Pets has processed the Order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. Whilst every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible, due to differences in monitors, Padfoot Pets is unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
2. All descriptions, specifications and photographs contained on this Website are provided for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
PRICE
1. On submission of the Order, payment will be taken immediately by Padfoot Pets. Once the Order has been received by Padfoot Pets, an automated e-mail response will be sent to you confirming the details of the Order but this does not complete the contract.
2. The price of the goods and the cost of post and packing within the UK are displayed on the Website. However, Padfoot Pets reserves the right to change any advertised price before it accepts the Order. Padfoot Pets will inform you of this and give you the option of canceling.
3. All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT.
PAYMENT
1. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, Switch or Delta debit cards as well as Maestro, Solo and American Express cards. Payment can also be made by cheque. Please allow 5 working days for cheque payments to clear.
2. Padfoot Pets uses PayPal to process all credit and debit card transactions to offer customers a fast and secure way to make payment.
3. Padfoot Pets accepts payment in UK Sterling.
DELIVERY
1. Padfoot Pets will aim to dispatch the goods to the postal address you have given within 5 working days of receipt of the Order. Orders under £45.00 will incur postage and will be sent using first class Royal Mail. Orders over £45.00 will have free postage and be sent using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery .This service requires a signature on arrival. A delivery note will be included with your goods. This will include the address for complaints and information about the returns policy. You become owner of the goods in the Order when they are delivered to you.
2. Padfoot Pets shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery of goods in the Order or for any damage or defect to goods delivered which is caused by an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
RETURNS POLICY
1. Padfoot Pets will offer exchange (if stock available) or credit note on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of the date of dispatch given in your delivery note.
2. Faulty goods should be returned to Padfoot Pets, 54 Manor Road, Queenborough, Kent ME11 5LX.
3. All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact and accompanied by the original delivery note. You will receive a returns form with each order, which must be completed and returned with the goods. Padfoot Pets will not refund you the cost of return postage.
4. All refunds and exchanges must be made through our website. Padfoot Pets is unable to accept any item for refund if it has been damaged in transit. Padfoot Pets will not issue a refund or exchange for any goods that are lost in transit. It is advisable to send returns by courier, recorded or special delivery, obtain a proof of posting certificate and arrange the necessary compensation cover for the goods.
5. Nothing in these Conditions will affect your statutory rights.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these Conditions.

2. “You” and “your” means the person ordering goods under these Conditions on the Website.
