Padfoot Pets will aim to dispatch the goods to the postal address you have given within 5 working days of receipt of the Order.
Bulky items do incur a Postage Surcharge.
Orders under £45.00 will incur postage and will be sent using first class Royal Mail. Orders over £45.00 will have free postage and be sent using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
This service requires a signature on arrival. A delivery note will be included with your goods.
Padfoot Pets is not responsible for failure or delay in delivery of goods in the Order or for any damage or defect to goods delivered which is caused by an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
